“The hotel and the room were both good. I was a little surprised that the reception was located at the hotel bar, but it was not an issue. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They kindly stored my luggage until check-in time and helped me find my room afterward, which I really appreciated. This is a good hotel for a short stay in Krakow. Generally, the room and hotel were clean. However, when I wanted to use one of the glasses provided in the room, I noticed that they had not been cleaned properly. One glass had dried milk or yogurt residue at the bottom, while another had fingerprints and did not appear clean. Apart from this issue, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was decent, and I did not have any other concerns.”
