“I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right in the city center and within walking distance of Kraków's main attractions. The reception team was outstanding, especially Ella Bielecka, who gave us a warm welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The room was comfortable, very clean, and equipped with air conditioning. It was also very quiet, allowing us to sleep peacefully, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and well maintained, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The staff were professional, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome. The only minor issue was that although the bathroom itself was spacious, the shower area was a bit small. However, this did not take away from what was otherwise an excellent experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.”
