“The room was ok and washroom was very good. It’s a bit difficult to find even you follow the map. They refused to open the gate in the beginning saying that they didn’t have any reservation, although I was repeatedly saying to check again, and I have the email confirmation, I can show them if they let me in. However they found it already, kept me waiting long time in the reception. Even as a 3 star hotel, I didn’t find any wiFi password, or nobody provided me any. I had the breakfast included and they had nothing, literally nothing in the menu apart from some slices of bread and ham. Even the coffee was so disgusting I couldn’t sip more than 2/3 times. Those who think “breakfast included” is a good option, never take it.”
