“Great hotel location surrounded by beautiful nature. The spa area was pleasant and relaxing. When we arrived for check-in, there was no one at the reception desk for about 7–10 minutes. Two other couples were waiting with us as well. The room turned out to be quite dark. We were also disappointed by the lack of clear information regarding the bathtub in the room. On the website, it was presented as one of the advantages of the Deluxe room. It would be worth removing the bathtub photo from the main Deluxe room listing, as the photos and description differed significantly from what was actually provided. The sauna was only turned on after 17:00, which meant that on our first day of stay it did not become fully operational until after 18:00”
