“Nothing Had a confirmed reservation when i reached the property at mid night after long day of drive i found the main gate was cordon off by authorities sealed . Kept on trying calling sent emails in middle of night in a new city sitting in my car all alone on empty street - I had no other option but to make another booking in nearby other hotel and cancel this one but the option of free cancellation was not available and charged for no show . How on earth a hotel charge for no show to a guest who showed up but hotel itself was closed down.”
