“Had to book a hotel room for me, my parents, and grandparents last minute in Tagaytay. We booked with minimal to low expectations since it was so last minute but we were happily surprised!!!!! This hotel extremely exceeded my/our expectations. The staff were all so welcoming, detailed, thoughtful, and caring. They made sure to make us feel so at home and cared for while we were at this hotel. Our rooms were really nice, comfortable beds, and clean bathrooms/showers. One of the rooms had a veranda with an exceptional view of the countryside. They had us choose what meals we wanted for the following morning for breakfast-- the front desk recommended their beef tapa. It was soooo delicious, my whole family was more than pleased with each of our meals. We all finished everything and were fully satisfied. Also love to point out that our room had a really huge TV which was amazing. Honestly everything was exceptional. I was sad that we weren't staying longer. If I had to go back to Tagaytay I would definitely book El Bien again. If you are in this area please give this place a chance and check it out!”
