“I simply cannot understand the negative reviews I came across about this place, as our stay was absolutely flawless from start to finish. Luis and his entire team deserve so much better, and I feel compelled to set the record straight! The hotel is located just 25 minutes from Port Barton and very easy to get to — which is one of its greatest strengths. Away from the hustle and bustle of the village, you find yourself in a peaceful, relaxing setting with a completely different atmosphere that does you the world of good. Exactly what we were looking for. The food is delicious, generous and very reasonably priced — we got far more than our money's worth, and every meal was a genuine pleasure. But what truly makes this place stand out is the team. Luis and his staff go above and beyond, ready to sort out anything with a smile and genuine warmth. You never feel alone or left to fend for yourself — every request is met with enthusiasm and handled with care. That's rare, and it deserves to be recognised.
