“NIL We didn't stay as the listed room booked didn't exist. Unfortunately, after several discussions with booking.com and the owner of the property, the partial refund promised has not been received as yet. This difficult situation could have been resolved with a check of what was advertised on their listing before selling accommodations. As the owner says, "this should be a lesson for US"??? So with unresolved accommodation refund and additional transport costs, time wasted and upsetting interactions of our holiday memories, I urge the parties to list the properties correctly along with updated pictures of the property without colour enhancement.”
