“We stayed one night. We had korean guests that requested the staff to light the fireplace. The staff would not accomodate such a simple request. Also, no coffee bar was provided, even the request for paid coffee was denied. We had to get coffee off property. Sea of clouds did not disappoint wish the staff have beed more helpful No coffee provided in the morning, we would have paid for the convinience Simple request like lighting fireplace was denied Manager was on site, but did not even talked to us”
