“I stayed in Astoria with my family and I have to say it was an amazing experience. The lobby was a bit smaller than we expected which was a non-issue. The property location was convenient. We literally walked to the closest mall which is Estancia Mall. The service was top notch. We were very impressed by the staff from the moment we stepped on the property. You can really feel the pride of the people who work here. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They all carry with them a smile. Checking in and out was a breeze. Thank you to Mr. Joshua Siapno and his team at the front desk for being so attentive and amazing! Kids love their surprise treats. I forgot the names of the staff at the restaurant (I think JM? was one of them), but I have to say the hospitality from when we were sat down was exceptional. The buffet breakfast was great and offered different options. The suites we booked were very spacious and had everything we needed and more. For the price you pay to stay at this property, it is absolutely worth the money. We stayed at other hotels while in Manila and I have to say, the people who work in this property trumps everywhere else we went. Management should be proud! We would definitely be coming back and would 100% recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice place to stay while in Manila.”
