“We picked it because it was attached to the mall and we thought it would be very nice. That staff was very nice, but the hotel didn't live up to our expectations. We had booked a room with a kitchen and King bed. We got moved to a room with just a kettle and a fridge. It turns out that the Booking.com listing says "Deluxe King", but the fine print says it's only a Queen bed. We had to be immediately be moved to another room because the first one smelled so bad. The room we ended up with was ok, but not designed well. The only desk to sit at was where the TV was and was a very small shelf to put my laptop on. There was just the one basic chair in the room. Also they don't tell you before you get there, but they do not take credit cards there, so I had to put down a cash deposit for the room and get it back when we left. Ultimately we learned that it's really a condo building where some floors are reserved for hotel rooms. I would rate it 2.5 stars, though I don't have a clear idea of what all the competition is in the Philippines.”
