“- They checked in on us on what time we will be arriving. - Staff were accommodating. We arrived around 4pm, and we wanted to explore the tourist areas in the highlands, and so we asked the staff if they could call us a service/driver to bring us there, and they did try to call their contact! Unfortunately, it was too late as one of the spots closes at 5pm. - The room was bigger than we expected, honestly. We could still move around comfortably even if we have our luggage open all at the same time. - There’s a fridge, we have utensils, and a dining table. - Hot shower felt amazing. - The breakfast was generous! Too bad we missed this on our second day as we had an early day tour. We actually didn’t expect the breakfast to be so filling. The staff also made sure to attend to our concerns/requests. - Housekeeping! Actually surprised that we went home after our island hopping to see our room/apartment organized/cleaned - The sunset view from the cliff! Amazing. It’s nice that we have exclusive access to the cliff. - Okay, seems like something small but we were really amazed by the tissue they provided 😂 The tissue roll provided in our room was so thick my friends and I couldn’t stop raving about it that I had to ask the property what was the brand… - The location was a little far than expected from the essentials (groceries, choices of restaurants) — but this wasn’t a deal breaker because we knew that this is a property situated on a cliff, so obviously they would be in a high place. 😅 - Just the weird placing of one of the beds… we booked a 1 bedroom 3 beds apartment, and one of the beds was outside the main bedroom, so it just kind of felt out of place 😂 but again, not a big deal for our group.”
