“The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained with a very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly, approachable and accommodating throughout stay. The Housekeeping team were always smiling and greeted me every time which made the experience even more pleasant. The only challenges I encountered was the request system on staypls which did not seem to function properly. I requested an iron and board and click the option now but the request has not been acknowledge, and I had to follow up by phone after waiting for more than 30 minutes for it to be delivered. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose to stay here again.”
