“Nice staff but all are new and needs proper training The map directed us at the exit gate. Hotel phone number not updated so it cannot be reached. Refused to be upgraded to the next room type as we became 3 even when I said I will pay for the difference instead I was asked to have and pay the extra bed. My mom nearly fell because the extra bed cushion is bigger than the bed frame so it folded when my mom sat on its side. They refused to give the senior discount at first but when I told them I will file a complaint as it is against the law that they apply the discount. We were told that we can request ice but after they gave a bucket of ice, on the next request they said they already ran out of stock. Wifi not working. With all the inconveniences we requested for the Manager, Addah Lee Engle to meet us the next day but suddenly she filed for a leave and did not meet us. Hence, I would like to call the attention of the owner, Mr. Efraine Genuino to address all these concerns. Not to mention that the only person who was on duty the whole night was the front desk lady. No one to assist her during emergencies which is against the law.”
