“We had an incredible stay from start to finish. As soon as we landed, our shuttle was waiting for us, followed by a seamless speedboat transfer straight to the island. One of the most memorable touches was checking in directly from our treehouse rather than at a lobby… it made the experience feel special and personalised from the moment we arrived. Our host, Vicente, was fantastic. He provided excellent recommendations for both the resort’s restaurants and places to visit in town, helping us make the most of our stay. We also enjoyed the private beach dining experience, which was a real highlight. Chef Roger and our waiter, King, were exceptional, and the food was absolutely delicious. It was a truly memorable evening. The resort facilities were outstanding, including a well-equipped gym, sauna, and an excellent buffet breakfast. Our treehouse accommodation was spectacular, offering a unique and luxurious experience. We experienced a mix of weather during our stay, with two overcast days and two beautiful sunny days. Even on the cloudier days, there was still so much to do around the resort, and the nearby town was just a quick e-trike ride away, making it easy to explore regardless of the weather. Getting around the property was effortless, with buggies readily available to transport guests between the rooms, pool, and beach. Overall, an exceptional stay that exceeded our expectations. The combination of stunning accommodation, outstanding service, excellent dining, and plenty to do in any weather made for an unforgettable experience. We would highly recommend it.
