“The hotel is in need of renovation with moldy bathrooms. There were long black hairs in my bed (I have short gray hair) and strange stains... The pool is cloudy and unusable, they don't have their own wi-fi but you have to connect to the public one which doesn't work well. It's full of stains, dust and sand throughout the hotel, and the staff are young, maybe 19-24 years old, and have no idea how to treat customers. The breakfast is a total disaster, a one-sided small menu with ready-made heated food with instant coffee. The music is played so loudly in the breakfast room that you can't talk, and if you say something the staff rolls their eyes and laughs. I have traveled and visited over 100 countries, and this hotel was one of the absolute worst I've stayed in. The only positive thing I can say is praise for the young service-oriented girl at the reception. The stay gets -1, and in value for money -5.”
