“Spacious room, the property allowed us to extend from two to three days (due to sickness) on the night before, the place is in the center of Puno. There weren't real windows to get some air in, but there were windows on the ceiling that let light come in in the morning (also this ceiling/roof glass panels were quite dirty). During our first night, other customers in the room next to us arrived at 3 AM and started playing andean music from the TV/a stereo and talking over the music. After 1 hour I walked to the reception and asked the attendant if he could do something, he went to the other room, said something, the music went down a bit, but the disturbance continued. After another hour I went asking again, the music got even lower and the guys went quieter, but continued talking. After a while I managed to sleep for one hour before having to wake up. In three days of our stay no cleaning service was done: I don't care if they make up our bed, but they didn't empty the trash bin (note that used toilet paper goes in the bin in Peru).”
