“The room was dark. The overhead light was falling out of the ceiling and did not function. The water pressure was so weak that it was difficult to shower. The room was clean. The air worked. The amenities say it includes free shuttle service from the airport, but I wrote the hotel two days in advance with my flight information and they didn't respond. So, I had to pay for a taxi. There were three old matresses lined in the hallway upon entrance. It is inexpensive, but I felt there were some simple things they should have done if they truly cared about their property and their guests. We ended up leaving to stay at another hotel nearby where we received much better services.”
