“The day before we arrived at Inka's Tambo, Cuzco had a major rain storm, which knocked out the hot water heater in the hotel. For the three days we stayed, we were only able to shower the very last morning. However, we understand that this is absolutely no fault of the Hotel's and they offered to refund part of our stay for the inconvenience. The staff was very friendly and attentive when we called (which was a lot because we really wanted to shower with warm water). The facility is small and amentities are limited, but we weren't expecting much either because of the price and location. Overall we were very happy with our stay and we would gladly stay there again.”
