“The hotel needs some updates. Shower and toilet were in bad condition. Some of the rooms have bathroom across the hall and the place is freezing in the morning. When we arrived, the owner (or staff member) gave us really horrible room right next to kitchen with no windows and so tiny that I assume it used to be a storage, and they turned it into a room. He gave us a different room upon our request, but gosh.. how can you even offer three people (2 adult and a child) to stay in the storage?”
