“Facilities at Bambuda were nice, although we had expected the property to be much smaller & not a multi story location. Decor was tasteful & furnishings well done. The rooms were comfy, clean and it was very pleasant to have decent outdoor space to relax & eat with ocean views. Staff, with noted exception of Felix at front desk & Arbel at the bar, need more training and experience support. Check in & regular updates were handled perfectly by Felix during the booking, all the way up to check out he acted professionally and attentively. Restaurant & bar service was not in line with price vs value, which created misaligned expectations as to what staff do or do not add to the overall experience of the stay. It's a real point of improvement.”
