“The rooms were ok, the location was also fine (I didn't expect it to be in some fancy location, so it was good for me). I could find parking either next to the hotel building or nearby, so parking was also without problems. I ordered it for my family of 4, and when we arrived, there were missing basic toiletries (e.g., there were only 2 slippers there). When I asked them to provide missing items, they simply said that they can't do it and that's all they can provide. If I asked something extra, I could understand if they didn't provide it. But when they don't provide what they*must* (all that stuff was listed as "included" on their page on Booking.com), it's not acceptable. Also, the staff was not friendly when I asked for missing items. So 5/10 is the most that I will give to this hotel.”
