“We had an excellent experience at the hotel with a special mention to the staff who went above and beyond in my opinion. When we arrived, we explained our departure time and that we had paid for overnight parking in a nearby parking lot. The receptionist told us that we could park for our two night stay in the car park, one night being complimentary. The room was clean and large enough. Of course we heard the trams but that is largely unavoidable when based above the tram stop. The latest they ran was about 10pm. One point re accessibility- on the first floor out of the lift there are four steps, so not great for less able persons. I left an expensive piece of clothing behind and was contacted the following day. They checked with the post office and we agreed on an appropriate service to return it to the UK. First class service and greatly appreciated.”
