“The location was the main factor for choosing this complex apart from having stayed here many times before in the past. I also like the fact that it has its own car parking with allocated car parks which are secured via card entry only. There were a few niggling things, a bit of banging on the wall of one side of the apartment and what sounded like heavy foot running on the floor could be heard. But overall, it was excellent. Also, on arrival to my car park I was excited to get everything out and up to the room after the three hour drive but unfortunately my car park had another car parked in it and that car did not have a dashboard sign on it so I assume someone staying at the complex may have brought a friend with a car in to the complex and taken that car park. The issue was sorted out once I was able to speak to someone via phone but that was a bit of holding online which added to the situation. But the staff member was very apologetic and promptly found another car park, which I appreciated very much. I would definitely stay here again.”
