“We arrived after booking on Expedia and the hotel seemed completely unaware of the booking. We got told to sit down with no explanation and waited half an hour for them to show us our room. There were no towels in the room and they were not happy we asked for some, took them at least an hour to bring. Overall the property was fine, nice pool that was cleaned extensively each day, rooms are fine but a little noisy, no atmosphere at all - it seems like a business hotel there were 2 big groups of business man there when we were there. Staff were majorly unhelpful apart from the guy cleaning the pool. Would suggest staying somewhere close to town or the river (on the other side of the road).”
