“Fantastic location, right on the water front and could walk everywhere. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with everything you could want. The bonus of the Fika and dinner was brilliant. I didn't expect much of the dinner but it was great! A few side options if you didn't like the main and the food was very fresh and tasty. Much better than another Home hotel we stayed in. Room was nicely decorated and comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly, from the front desk to the kitchen and dining staff. The manager helped us out with an issue we had with a taxi driver and she was very friendly and helpful. Nice seating areas in the lobby and out the front too. Only thing was we found the room a bit warm for our liking and not much ventilation, this seems to be a common theme in most Norwegian hotels we stayed in. There was a temperature control but it didn't seem to do anything. We had to open the window often and it was a bit noisy but that is the location.”
