Despite not being a local himself, he was incredibly helpful with planning our routes out of Båtsfjord and even went out of his way to introduce me to some of the locals. On top of the great advice, he physically helped us with our luggage, carrying our cases up and down the stairs without hesitation. It is rare to find someone so genuinely helpful and proactive. Zachary made our visit feel personal and seamless—he is a huge asset to this hotel!”
