“For a big project at the office, I need to accommodate 7 service engineers from our sister office, because of last minute changes, I made 10 reservations for the 7 rooms in total of 130 room nights including 3 extra continuing stay (1st reservation for 1 day and the 2nd reservation is the continuation of the stay) despite the fact that I've prepaid all the rooms and I've communicated with the hotel and my guests (they even have their reservation numbers at hand during check in) regarding the payment and the check out-check in situation, my guests kept getting harassed by the hotel. I've called them and the answer was "please send emails" I've send multiple emails and received minimum reponse. 1 guest was denied check in and he had to register his credit card during check in despite the fact that he's showed his reservation number. The last guest left the hotel on 25.10.2025 and at the time I'm writing this 29.10.2025, his credit still shows EUR 2321.61 charge. I've attached some screenshots below. So for whoever is reading my review, bring your business somewhere else, do not stay at Bastion Vlaardingen.”
