“The staff were extremely kind. Check-in was very fast, and check-out was even faster. They responded quickly to my request for a receipt. The price was reasonable as well. Whenever possible, I will definitely choose to stay at The Social Hub again. Sometimes, the key cards used to access the rooms became demagnetized quite quickly. Since I was staying in room 500 and something and only elevator C was working, I had to walk quite a long way to reception to get a replacement. The staff were, of course, very kind and helpful, but these structural issues unfortunately prevented me from giving the hotel a 10. I also think they should provide physical receipts rather than sending them only by email. However, these are the only negative points I can think of, as I had a very good time overall.”
