“As I write this review I am staying in the hotel room no 232. I booked the hotel stay for 2 nights June 26 to June 28. I booked by calling their central reservation desk. I specifically asked them to book us ie my wife and my daughter in an Air Conditioned room. I reconfirmed before finally booking the room. When we checked into the hotel we found that the room was a non AC room. The temperatures currently in Rotterdam are close to 40 degrees- scorching heat and that’s the reason I had specifically asked for AC room. I have lived and worked and stayed in many hotels across the world. I have never come across a hotel without an AC room. And more so when I had specifically requested for one. They gave us a damn small table fan in the room for 3!!! And for this stay of 2 days they charged us 450+ euros!!! When I pressed the hotel reservation desk they casually dismissed this saying all AC rooms are occupied and that we should try speaking with the manager!! This is first and last experience and we will never stay again in any of their properties!! Absolutely pathetic customer service.”
