“The staff were amazing. The location was quiet and relaxing. Stayed here for a concert in Kampen and as a single traveler I felt very safe. The breakfast was good. I ate at the restaurant one time while waiting for my room to be ready. But by the looks of it, the restaurant patio is the place to be in the evenings. The morning I left I came up the elevator from breakfast to my room. By the time I left, the elevator was out of order for work repairs. Difficult to take 8 weeks worth of luggage down two flights of stairs on my own. I know it's not their fault, but it would be nice to know about it before hand and be able to take luggage down on the elevator.”
