“We are very disappointed with our experience. My partner and I booked your hotel, and we wanted to extend our stay for one more night. We came to the reception between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m., and the receptionist told us that the price would be higher than on Booking.com because of taxes and other charges. When I said that I did not agree with the higher price, she suddenly told us that there were no rooms available. However, we checked Booking.com ourselves and saw that there were still seven apartments available. It seems that she is trying to make extra money from guests by charging more than the advertised price. If guests do not agree to pay the higher amount, they are simply told that there are no rooms available. We find this behavior very unprofessional and disappointing”
