“1. Near the airport by 10 minutes drive 2. Free shuttle bus from airport to hotel 3. Spacious reception area and apartment room for 3 guests 4. Fully facilitated kitchen for cooking 1. We booked a room for 3 and we were assigned a room with a double bed and a sofa bed. But there was no communication between front desk reception and house keeping. We arrived at the room without the sofa bed set up with a bed sheet and pillow, also no towels and water for the third person. We needed to call and wait for housekeeping to set up the room and make things right before going out. We were afraid that we found nothing done but it was already 8 pm after we came back from touring, then we might need to wait longer for the arrangement. 2. Air conditioning was found out of order when we returned to the room at 8 pm. Unfortunately it was heatwave time and we needed the air conditioning for sleeping comfortably. A staff member who came to our room tried to fix the problem but he said they needed an engineer to fix the air conditioning, unfortunately they were off work already. Then we suffered from high heat during the night and the hotel said that they did not have an electric fan to help cooling the room. 3. The next day fortunately the engineer came to fix the air conditioning, however, the air conditioning set was dusty and the filter was unclean, 3 of us suffered from nose allergy badly! 4. This is a Marriott managed hotel and we are totally disappointed in the lack of proper management and training to the staff from what we experienced . The staff themselves were nice and the service was quick, but it showed a lack of professional management from the coordination of service and maintenance of facilities.”
