“Location. The triple room was extremely small and offered very little space to move around comfortably. It felt more like a compact micro-hotel room than a standard hotel room, and I believe the property description should better reflect the actual room size so guests can set appropriate expectations. The hotel is advertised on Booking.com as being soundproof; however, this was not my experience. We could clearly hear passing trains throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep. Cleanliness was also an issue. The shower area did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned and was below the standard I would expect from a hotel. In addition, I found the reception staff to be less helpful than expected when assistance was needed. Customer service plays a significant role in the guest experience, and this was an area where the hotel could improve. The breakfast attendant was efficient, but her interactions with guests came across as somewhat unfriendly. A warmer and more welcoming approach would have enhanced the overall breakfast experience and better reflected the level of hospitality guests typically expect. Overall, the room size, noise levels, cleanliness concerns, and service shortcomings made this a disappointing stay.”
