“The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always responding quickly to any questions. I especially appreciated their professionalism and excellent customer service. Overall, everything went smoothly, and I had a pleasant stay. I would happily choose this hotel again in the future. Everything was good overall. The only minor issue was that the frozen machine in one of the rooms I booked was out of order during my stay. However, as I had booked two rooms, this was not a significant inconvenience for me. Overall, it did not affect my stay.”
