“The hotel's location is really ideal as it's close to the airport. I booked the hotel shuttle as my flight was to land ~1am. On arrival, It was a little challenging finding the driver as he could not be contacted via whatsapp. I had to get someone with a local phone line to help contact him. The hotel reception was closed with doors shut when I arrived, a little after 1am. For such a large hotel, I found this surprising. Maybe dueto secirity concerns? Eventually a sleepy receptionist showed up. This was discouraging. Even with security concerns, response to a confirmed client, especially a pre-booked one should be smarter. Things however began to look up when the manager stepped in, he was very courteous, welcoming and ensured I got the room and amenities I had booked. I stayed just the 1 night due and checked out the next day. I really appreciated the late check out availabilty that was extended at online booking, as it gave time for my hosts to come pick me up after church services. The room was quite clean, well maintained and the area serene. The breakfast was also good with some variety. I ended up enjoying my short stay. Good value for the promo price I took advantage of.”
