These items must be fully removed upon check-out.
The Hotel reserves the right to withhold the deposit as cleaning fees if decoration materials cause excessive litter or damage. 14.
Fi Lestari (Sustainable Fee): In line with the Negeri Sembilan State Government’s directive, a Fi Lestari (Sustainable Fee) of RM4.00 nett per room, per night will be applicable to all guests, effective November 2025.
This fee is not included in the room rate and shall be collected by the Hotel on behalf of the Government upon check-in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
