“The air conditioning in my original room was not functioning properly, so I requested a room change for my second night. I was asked to return after 3:00 PM the following day, which I willingly accommodated, despite having already paid for a two-night stay. However, when the room change was finally arranged, I was moved to a significantly smaller room that appeared much older and less well-maintained than the one I had originally booked. To make matters worse, on the night of my check-in, reception staff knocked on my door at 12 midnight, stating that there had been a mistake with my registration by the previous shift and that they needed to rectify it. Being disturbed at 12:00 AM for an internal administrative error was highly unprofessional and disruptive. Overall, the experience was disappointing. The handling of the room change, the downgrade in room quality, and the late-night disturbance reflected a lack of consideration for guest comfort and service standards.”
