“The front office staff were exceptional, always helping us in every way possible to find our direction, sort out our SIM card issues and get the Grab app installed and operational. Thank you Sri and Nina and all of the other staff who always smiled and made us feel welcomed! In addition, we very much loved the delicious breakfasts that were included in our room price. The staff at the breakfast area, and including the entire staff that cleaned the Museum Hotel always had smiles and greetings that made you feel welcomed as a guest. The lobby and all public areas were exceptionally attractive and well maintained. However, despite our room being clean and the bathroom facilities working perfectly, it was a small space for a double bed which made things a bit tight. That is a small criticism for such an enjoyable stay for us.”
