“The location was perfect, you're literally in the center and you can just grab anywhere or even just walk which would probably only take 10-15 minutes. The staffs were very nice and there were many hotel cats as well laying in the lobby. The hotel def has a different vibe and has more characters compared to a boring expensive hotel, and i love that you can refill your water and there's always snacks! and you can even store food into their shared refrigerator. Bed was very comfy and there's a big mirror for the girls to get ready. The smart TV wasnt working, it says it's not connecting to the WiFi and we've tried multiple times. but all good since we were there to explore penang instead of staying in for netflix!”
