“Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Langkawi was truly special and memorable. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel welcomed, cared for and genuinely valued. Before our stay, I mentioned that my husband was recovering from cancer, and the team left a personalised card in our room. It was such a thoughtful and meaningful gesture that made us both very emotional. That level of care went far beyond what we expected and showed the genuine warmth and attention the Ritz-Carlton is known for. We would also like to especially mention Sohail, the restaurant manager at Horizon Restaurant. He was genuine, honest and welcoming, and the service we received was impeccable. His care and professionalism really stood out. The resort itself was beautiful and peaceful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so relaxing, emotional and unforgettable. The only minor feedback is that the room could benefit from some repairs and maintenance in certain areas. However, this did not take away from the overall experience.”
