“WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Hi we are two young travellers who have been travelling across East Asia. Santorini has been our worst experience so far. When we arrived for check in, the hotel was unattended and front door was locked. We rang the bell multiple times, with no reply. We waited with our suitcases for 2 and a half hours in the heat on the street. We were only able to eventually get into the hotel, due to a local contacting them and letting us in. For the 48 hours we were there, we did not once see a staff member anywhere, including at reception, despite the website saying 24/7 desk service. All room keys were out for anyone to grab at the desk - it felt very unsafe. Rooms were tiny and dirty bed sheets. Would not recommend. ”
