“Good central location, clean and spacious room as shown in the photos. The infinity pool is exactly as shown with the fantastic view, and the gym a floor below is also nice. You order room service for things like free bathrobes or even food delivery through a provided QR code. The check-in process was terrible, mainly due to lack of communication. There are two twin buildings that are mixed hotel/residential usage, with several hotel desks in each building. You want to go to the Platinum Suites 2/The Face STYLE building (not The Face SUITES), and then look for the LUMA desk. This information should have been given to us before our arrival, but we finally told this after calling their number on Whatsapp after going back and forth between the buildings multiple times. The line at the desk was also quite long and slow.”
