“This is another apartment rental, which I was trying to avoid initially, so I was surprised when I arrived, and there was no front desk. Instead there’s a set of instructions on how to retrieve the key and passcodes and attachments with rules what to do and what not to do, etc. 🙄. I stayed for two nights, and it was very quiet and safe. The unit itself definitely needs some refreshing and glass cleaning so it comes off as dingy. Kitchen seemed fairly well equipped but not even a bottle of water for guests. Notably, the bedroom is up in the loft and the ceiling height is only about 165 cm. Also tends to be very hot so you’ll need a lot of AC and fans to be comfortable there. Constant security personnel around the lobby and a doorman. Great views from the 19th floor. It is close to the metro and a few minutes walk from the Brickfields area. I believe you pay extra for parking. Check out is 11 AM sharp or a fine is levied. If you stay here, you will notice much more emphasis on rule enforcement as opposed to hospitality improvement.”
