“Nothing This hotel is absolutely unprofessional. I booked two rooms for my friends. One friend missed the flight, so I canceled that room before the free cancellation deadline (around 3:00 PM, while the deadline was 4:00 PM on the check-in day). Despite canceling within their stated policy, the hotel still charged me for all 4 nights. When I contacted them, they simply told me to deal with Booking.com and refused to provide any refund. Even worse, my other friend checked out a little late on the last day. Instead of informing us about any late check-out fee or asking for authorization, the hotel charged my card without any warning or consent. This was an unacceptable experience. Charging guests without proper communication or authorization is extremely unprofessional. Be very careful before booking this hotel.”
