“I made the mistake not reading the reviews first. I was fooled by the rooftop pool and the misleading pictures. The pictures showed modern looking rooms, our room was very dated. The rug must have been 20 years old and it showed. The furniture was old but useable. The carpets made us feel dirty. The bathroom had grime on the seals. The electrics need to be checked. I reported the lamp having a pin missing in the plug, he just put it back into the wall socket. Check in was easy even though there is no reception. Someone met us in the foyer of the hotel which joins the apartment. No room service unless requested. I got told off for leaving a sealed bag of rubbish outside the door and asked where does any hotel do that, ( every hotel I have ever stayed at ), he was angry because he got fined by the hotel. Location is perfect, the pictures of the shopping mall, pools, gym etc all take away the focus on the property. This is misleading. The few pictures of the property show a modern look which we did not get. The pictures show what it is really like”
