“Good, local, Malaysian 3 star hotel in Chow Kit, a central location in KL. Nika on reception desk was friendly and efficient. She allocated my room as requested in my booking info. Housekeeping lady was very good too. Lots of good food closeby. RSMY being my favourite for tandoor chicken. Netflix in my room was not functioning and was a bit frustrating. I had issues with WiFi not functioning too. WiFi was unreliable and intermittent during my 3 day stay. Staff tried to fix Netflix and WiFi problem but it was recurring. The toilet leaks water and other guests can be noisy, banging doors and talking loudly in hallways, with room doors open, but overall the hotel provides a decent place to rest. The bed in room 718 could do with a new mattress. Full of lumps and bumps and springs that stick in your back. Air con was cold and good stream of hot water in shower. We will return as hotel is ok value for KL.”
