“The only plus point, for which we booked this hotel was it's proximity to nearby restaurants and places of interests. Very poor facility that I have ever experienced. For everything, you need to ask with their standard replies that the house keeping or room service is not available. Basic facilities are missing, like microwave oven, ironing - for these we need to go to different designated floor to get things done. Property is very poorly maintained. It gave us a feeling of a haunted place. Our room's roof in bathroom were leaking. No floor mats in the bathroom. Doors are pathetic in the bathroom. Toileteries were not provided well. Bottom line, do not visit this hotel if you want value for your money and peace of mind. Be prepared to ask for everything with no guarantee of being served.”
