“The hotel itself was fine, and I have no complaints about it. The front desk was good, the elevator was fast, common area was clean. And surprisingly, the room service menu was very affordable, I liked it a lot. It is just opposite Suria Sabah shopping mall which is super convenient, I loved it. The biggest issue was the loud noise coming from nearby after 10:00pm and all night long. It sounded like some kind of steelwork or heavy industrial operation. I suspect it may have been construction piling or container handling at the nearby jetty. The noise was so loud that I couldn't sleep. It was very inconsiderate to have such noisy work going on so late at night.”
