“Overall its nice with elevator to 3rd floor. Standard room with the required amenities. Physical location states N City Hotel instead of North City Hotel as per booking. I had to call the hotel to confirm my booking. The room is a bit small and unable to work the TV and the TV box. The soap dispenser was also sort of “dangling” which is empty and had to inform the reception. A bit noisy at night due to close proximity to other outlets.”
